Studio Tenn Theatre Company is excited to build on our Education and Community Outreach Program by launching a series of classes for all ages. We aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment that allows students to be their most fearless, creative self and to create enlightened audiences and artists who will shape the future.

The Education Program includes:

Private Lessons

Studio Tenn is thrilled to offer private coaching in a variety of areas: monologue coaching, vocal coaching, audition preparation, and dance.  These one-on-one lessons will be offered via Zoom or Facetime until we are able to be together again, in person safely. Some teachers are currently offering in-person lessons; please inquire for additional information. We offer hour long lessons for students 10 years old and up and half hour students for those students under 10 years old. 

Private coaching provides direct feedback specific to your skill set and is an incredible way to develop as a performer. All Studio Tenn classes are taught by working professionals with extensive teaching experience including Artistic Director, Patrick Cassidy. Parents, we know that looking ahead at a school year filled with uncertainty is daunting. Students, we know that you don’t want to lose your arts classes if you move to a homeschool program. Studio Tenn Education is here to help with both. We are so excited to offer a comprehensive performing arts curriculum to enhance your homeschool experiences. Our Education Coordinator, Casey Hebbel, is a certified K-12 theatre teacher for the state of Tennessee. With a focus on music, dance, theatre, and art, we can custom build elective arts curriculum for your students. Additionally, as a former arts integration specialist, Casey can help you create cross-curricular lessons and activities to make your core subjects more engaging and fun! 

Studio Tenn Education wants to meet you where you are. We are open to delivering lessons virtually or in-person (with safety precautions and small groups). We are offering a Back to School package for 6 weeks of curriculum, but are also completely customizable to meet your needs. 

BACK TO SCHOOL PACKAGE COST: $850

BACK TO SCHOOL PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 6 weeks of curriculum and support

  • 3, 1-hour arts lessons for six weeks (18 lessons total)

    • Lessons can be from any of the following disciplines

      • Theater

      • Dance

      • Music

      • Visual Art

      • Media

  • Biweekly “classroom” visits from a Studio Tenn teaching artist

    • Virtually (via Zoom) OR

    • In-person (with safety precautions and small groups only)

  • 1 arts integration lesson in the subject area of your choosing

    • Bring core content to life through the integration of the arts
